--------I. GENERAL DISCLAIMER--------
The artist have the right to refuse a commission.
Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.
The artist's TAT is around 1-4 weeks time which may depend on the client's chosen service.

---------III. PAYMENT & FEES---------
Additional fees may occur depending on the commissioner's requests.
Additional character: +75% of price each (Characters ordered as separate images do not apply this fee.)
Complex Details: +20% (includes multiple tedious patterns, etched symbols, highly detailed accessories, etc.) If the commissioner is unsure whether their patterns are complex or not, the pattern can be sent to the artist and will be decided if fees will be added or not.
Commercial Use: +150% if the ordered piece will be used for the purpose that is marketed, promoted, or sold and incorporates a financial transaction.(i.e. Prints, clothing pattern, product branding, etc.)
Further Major Revision: +$10 when client wishes to have further major changes (i.e. pose, composition, clothing, etc.)
Further Minor Revision: +$5 when client wishes to have further minor revision (i.e. expressions, small accessories, lighting choice, etc.)
Method of Payment will be conducted using Paypal.
The artist will require the client to pay half of the fee up front.
Payment will be done through invoice.
--------------IV.PROCESS--------------
Basic reference will be needed from the client (i.e. images, mood board, descriptions, previous commission of the character, etc.)
Once the artist had received half of the payment, the commission can then be started.
The artist will show the finished sketch of artwork to the client.
Revisions are only allowed during the sketch stage.
Major Revisions : the client is allowed 1 major revision (i.e. pose, composition, clothing, etc.) further revisions will have additional fees.
Minor Revisions : the client is allowed 4 minor revisions (i.e. expressions, small accessories, lighting choice, etc.) further revisions will have additional fees.
Once the client had agreed on the finalized sketch, the artist will then continue to complete the commission.
Updates will be sent through the messaging app the client has first messaged the artist.
Once the other half of the payment has been sent to the artist, only then can the final artwork will be sent to the client through email.
The client shall be informed if there will be any delays, and the cause of delay.
--------V. COPYRIGHT & USAGE--------
Any artwork commissioned is NOT to be used for NFT, cryptocurrency, and AI training.
The artwork will be for personal use only (unless the client has paid for its commercial rights).
The artist will retain their rights over commissioned artwork.
The client may post the artwork in their social media.
